The Business Year has launched its research activity for The Business Year: UAE 2022, Sustainability and the Energy Transition Special Edition in special partnership with Parsons, a digitally enabled solutions provider focused on creating the future of the national security and critical infrastructure markets to deliver a better world.
As the UAE continues as a pioneer of innovative technological and creative development, it advances its economy in a number of key areas. This report will analyze and explain this progress from a sustainable perspective and address the efforts to cope with the increasing environmental demands in the country’s key sectors, including education, health, investment strategy, logistics, oil and gas, and transformative technologies and digitalization.
“Parsons has established a trusted presence in the Middle East over the last 60 years. We have successfully completed more than 900 projects in the UAE alone, so we understand the needs and goals of the region. As the UAE moves towards its Net Zero goals, we are ready to continue delivering innovative infrastructure solutions across markets to help achieve these important targets” says Pierre Santoni, Parsons President of the Middle East and Africa region. “In order to best meet the goals of the region, it is imperative to understand sector trends and areas that can be strengthened. Our partnership with The Business Year enhances our commitment to deliver a more sustainable world and provides present and future stakeholders approaches that can help advance UAE’s sustainability goals, policies, and infrastructure.”
On the continued partnership with Parsons, TBY UAE Managing Director Neslihan Aydagül commented that; “We at The Business Year are thrilled to be continuing our partnership with Parsons and are proud to be shining a spotlight on such an important theme that will guide the country’s future development.”
Under Aydagül’s guidance, the TBY team will sit down with top names from across the region to learn how various companies and sectors have worked to remain resilient in these challenging times. The report will be launched later in 2022.
